CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: Your appointments are very important to me, and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling. If you cancel your appointment after the 24 hour window, a fee of 100% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file. Unless discussed with me otherwise. This policy allows me to manage my schedule effectively and ensures that I can accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. No show policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be considered a no show. If you no show your appointment you will be charged 100% of the booked service. Unless discussed with me otherwise.
